Deal all the cards evenly to all the players.
The objective of the game is to get rid of your cards. Players play a number of cards face down in a shared pile in the center, announcing which cards they have played.
The first player starts with A , and on each subsequent turn, players must play 1 or more cards of rank one higher than the previous player. For instance, the first player may play A
♦ A
♥ , the second player may play just 2
♠ , and so on.
After playing K , the next player resets back to playing A .
Players must play on their turn and are not allowed to pass; however, players may lie. If another player believes they've caught a player lying, they can call "bluff", and the cards are revealed.
If the cards were played correctly, the challenger must take the entire stack. Otherwise, the challenged player takes the stack.
The first player to play all of their cards wins.
A variation of the game is played by continuing to play the same rank until all playeres agree to move to the next rank.
For example, on the first round, players continue to allegedly play A on their turn. Players are allowed to pass; when all players have passed, players begin playing 2 .
